I know it is already the rainy season but there are times when I still want to wear something summery just to brighten up my day. I can't remember how many times I've worn this dress for the past years (yes, I think I had this dress since 2008) and I even worn this last year as a cover up when we had our company outing. They say that this type of dress (empire cut) makes one look pregnant, but I've always been attracted to this style. It is easy to wear, breezy and very comfy. And with a print like this, you will not run out of ideas on what shoes or accessories to pair it with.
Printed Dress - SM Easy Living (Department Store)
Sandals P500 (orig. price P1250.00) - Payless
earrings - Megatrade Hall Bazaar (Megamall)
For this ensemble, I choose to highlight the color orange of the dress. So once I wore the dress with a white tube top, I just threw in my orange earrings that I bought from one of the bazaars at Megatrade Hall and this lovely pair of orange sandals from Payless. So as not to make my arms empty, I thought of using this wooden purple bracelet, which also matches the print of the dress.
It's been raining almost everyday and I hope everyone is always prepared with their umbrellas. I also suggest that if your way to work involves a lot of walking (like me), is that you bring your trusted slippers, and just change once you get to your office. Stay safe everyone!
What a beautiful dress! I love the print! I would never know that you have had it for such a long time! Awesome shoes!
