For 2014, I wanted to somehow experiment more in terms of applying makeup. And it was one of those times when I was just randomly browsing the internet for some items when I chanced upon this budget-friendly product from Avon: the Limited Edition Color Fold-Up Palette.
When I got hold of this item two weeks ago, I really find the packaging cute and very travel-friendly. It consists of 18 eyeshadows, 18 lip glosses and 3 blushes. It also comes with 1 blush-on brush, dual-ended lip brush, and dual-ended eyeshadow applicator. This amazing product costs Php999.00 online. However, if you know someone who is an Avon Lady, then you can buy from her on a discount like me (thanks to my neighbor again!). So I got this palette for only Php699.00! Good deal right? I am still not yet able to use this new purchase. But I'll definitely try this on January 1 haha! Hope I would be able to do justice to this kit for my future outfit posts.
So, how did you celebrate Christmas? I spent mine the way my family and I are spending that special day: going to our aunties' house in Manila to see our relatives from the side of my father. Since we transferred somewhere in the south 5 years ago, we only get to see our relatives during Christmas and on Feast of Sto. Niño. It is always fun to see my cousins (all are now taller than me) to bond and to update each others with latest the happenings in our lives.
Anyway, it has been four days already and we all know that reunions and get-togethers do not stop on that specific day so I hope that you can still keep up with your hectic schedule for the holiday season. Take care of your health too since we are more expose with unhealthy lifestyle with all those yummy food and drinks that are served everywhere. I still have colds but I'm hoping that I get well before Wednesday. But despite the colds, I am going to make the most out of the three days that I don't have work (I'll be organizing my things and my list of plans for 2014!). Hope all of us can be productive and be full of joy while welcoming the new year. Amazing Sunday to everyone!
I want to be more experimental with make-up too this coming year. Looks like you had yourself a great deal.

I also have one like this! It's pretty nifty, but I don't get to use it much since I hardly wear make up these days.
